The tradition of excellence continues
The School is very proud of the achievements of its international students over many years and 2008 was no exception. In 2008, twenty-three of our twenty-five international students in Year 12 made applications to Victorian universities. Twenty-two of these received initial offers and the other student successfully applied to a pre-tertiary course.
Of those applying to Victorian universities, 48% received offers from the University of Melbourne, which is one of Australian’s most famous universities, and gaining places there is very difficult.
Our top international student received an ENTER score of 99.65 (the maximum score possible is 99.95) and was offered a place in Dental Science at the University of Melbourne.
