“IPL” means The Ivanhoe Grammar School (ACN 004 083 247) trading as Ivanhoe Professional Learning.
“Attendee” or “you” means the participants named in the registration form.
The cost of each seminar as stated is per person and includes GST, morning tea, lunch and handouts.
Please complete the Registration Form and keep a copy of the confirmation email for GST purposes.
Payment is required with registration. Registrations can be mailed to Ivanhoe Professional Learning, PO Box 91, Ivanhoe, VIC 3079 or faxed to (03) 9490 3580.
IPL reserves the right to cancel any seminar or event if the minimum number of attendees is not reached or any other reason at the discretion of IPL. Should this occur, you will be advised in writing and a full refund granted.
Subject to clause 6, no refunds will be granted less than 21 days before the date of the seminar. Refunds requested in writing 21 or more days before the seminar will be granted subject to clause 8, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the registration/seminar fee will apply.
Where a cancellation of 3 or more registrants from the one organisation or school results in the seminar’s total number of attendees dropping below the minimum number required by IPL a refund will not be granted.
IPL reserves the right to substitute speakers or alter the format or topics of the seminar without notice.
Attendee testimonials collected by IPL may be used by IPL for marketing future seminars or events. Testimonials used will be anonymous but may disclose the school or organisation of the attendee.
The information you provide is collected by Ivanhoe Professional Learning only for the purposes of processing your registration or enquiry and keeping you informed of upcoming products, services, seminars or events.
